These terms apply to the voizt web app provided by iMild LLC. The service supports learning English. Some sections are still local demos. There is also a server-based text community for signed-in users. Available features and their limits are identified in the app.

Account and sign-in

You can create an account using the sign-in methods offered in the app. Provide accurate information and protect access to your account. You are responsible for activities performed through your active session. If you notice unauthorized access, contact us at s@voizt.com.

Permitted use

Use voizt lawfully and without endangering the service or other users. Do not try to bypass security measures, access other people’s accounts or data, or deliberately overload the service. Do not upload unlawful content. Features marked as local or demo do not send content to other people.

Your content and learning progress

You retain the rights to your input. You allow iMild LLC to make the posts and comments you publish available to other authorized members according to your chosen visibility, and to store and process account data, messages and learning progress for the respective features. Content marked as a demo is not delivered to other users. Private messages start with a request; a conversation continues only after acceptance. Do not publish confidential or sensitive information in the feed or messages.

Availability and changes

We aim to provide a working service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Features may be changed or temporarily restricted for security, maintenance or development reasons. We announce significant changes in the app or on this website.

Closing your account

You can request account deletion in the app or send a request to s@voizt.com . Details about processing and erasure are in our privacy notice.

Statutory rights

These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights under the law applicable to you.
